To request deletion of your Mamora account, email our support team from the email address associated with your account. Including the information below helps us verify your request and process it faster.

How to request deletion
- Email support@mamora.site with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your Mamora account, or include enough information for us to verify ownership.
- Include your registered email address, full name, and any relevant booking or profile details that help us locate your account.
- We may contact you to confirm the request before processing deletion.
What data is deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, Mamora will delete or anonymize, where applicable, the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile details and account preferences
- Child and family profile information stored in the app
- Saved content, activity history, and in-app preferences connected to your account
- Support communications and uploaded materials that are not required for legal or security purposes
What data may be retained
In some cases, Mamora may retain limited information after account deletion if required to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain financial and tax records.
- Transaction, invoicing, and payment-related records
- Records needed for legal, regulatory, or dispute-resolution obligations
- Security logs and fraud-prevention data required to protect the service
Where retention is required, we keep only the minimum necessary information for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law.
Processing timeline
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. If we need additional information to confirm your identity or complete the request, we will contact you by email.
